- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (subject to availability and hotel policy).
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
Payment & Cancellations
- Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
- Cancellation or modification policies vary based on the booking channel (direct website, travel partner, or third-party site). Please review the terms at the time of booking.
- No-shows will be charged as per the applicable policy.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and respect hotel property.
- Any damage to rooms, amenities, or property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.
- Illegal activities, hazardous items, and conduct disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited.
Facilities & Services
- Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking are subject to fair usage policies.
- Room service, cafeteria, and banquet facilities are available during designated hours.
- Hotel reserves the right to temporarily withdraw facilities for maintenance or operational reasons.
Liability
- While we take utmost care of our guests, the hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables not deposited in the hotel’s secure storage.
- The hotel shall not be liable for interruptions of services beyond its control (such as natural calamities, government regulations, or technical issues).
Third-Party Bookings
- Reservations made via travel agencies or online platforms are subject to their terms in addition to these.
- The hotel is not responsible for discrepancies in third-party promotions or offers.
